Our rigorous recruiting process ensures we only ever employ the best, highly skilled and qualified engineer surveyors. We make sure that they and all of our team have our same attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do. And that’s why our relationship with the Careers Transition Partnership (CTP) continues to work so well.
The CTP supports those leaving the armed forces as they return to civilian life and progress their career outside of the services. At British Engineering Services, we’ve worked alongside the group since forming as an independent company several years ago. We’re delighted to have found a number of our brilliant team members through the CTP and actively use this as a valuable source of potential applicants for our live vacancies.
Our team of experts and our drive for what we do is what defines us. We won’t compromise when it comes to our people and work hard to make sure we only recruit those who are a perfect fit for our company. CTP recruitment events give us a great opportunity to meet some brilliant people. The sessions, which are spread across the country, are always high energy and give us an opportunity to promote our business and answer questions about the importance of what we do.
And it doesn’t just end there. As we continue to look for even more great people to join our team, we also host live webchats in partnerships with the Careers Transition Partnership throughout the year. The virtual meetings provide CTP members with the opportunities to remotely meet with key people from across British Engineering Services, asking anything they want about working for our company. Whether it’s our Chief Engineer, our Head of Recruitment and Talent or one of our Engineer Surveyors answering the questions, attendees leave the session knowing a bit more about our team and what it’s like to work here.
The whole reason we exist is to keep people from harm’s way. We assess, so we can protect. We’re not talking superheroes and definitely not putting ourselves on a pedestal, but it’s basic, human instinct that runs through every person that works at British Engineering Services.
